Anyway, the kids were messy eaters and I was telling Zen to try not to spill them all over and not to wipe his mouth on his sleeves. Yes, that's his habit lately, even though I had put his hanky / tissue on the table besides him. And when I reminded him after he "accidentally" wipe his mouth with his sleeve, he said "Opps sorry... But it's OK... Cincai lah". I thought I heard the last part wrongly and I went "What did you say?" He repeated and I asked where he learn the word "cincai" (which means "anything will do" in Cantonese, at least I think it's Cantonese). He told me that daddy always said that to me and he just repeat after daddy!! Hmmmm, kids :-D
And here's wishing all Muslims
Selamat Hari Raya

Hi Sting, ha ha, your kid is great. And kids learn by imitating and listening.
Some years back we went to a Singapore friend's house for pot luck dinner part. About 20 couples....
My friend's son, about 5 years old was fooling around with a toy rubber hammer banging some pegs into a block with square, round holes.
We were all sitting, standing around, when he by accident hit his finger with the hammer, and let loose a very LOUD 4 letter 'f' word.....
And I can tell you, the laughter in that house could drown out a Jumbo jet landing.
We laughed ourselves silly....and his mummy saying,
you see la! He follows what his father says"!
And father smiling sheepishly one corner looking like a monk in prayer, ha ha ha.
Have a nice day.
Lee.
ahahahah he observed well.
